The present application has been filed to treat the Court fee payment of a sum of Rs.25,000/- which was paid in Memo D.No.49732 of 2024 in O.P.No.144053 of 2024 as Succession duty instead of remitting into Reserve Bank of India.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to treat the court fee payment of a sum of Rs.25,000/-, which was paid in Memo D.No.49732 of 2024 in O.P.No.144053 of 2024 towards Succession Duty.
