This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to Register the pending complaint dated 04.04.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petitioner is an advocate and that, he went in a one way road. When he was questioned by the police, it appears that a quarrel arose. In connection with that, the petitioner lodged a complaint, based on which, a case in crime No.156 of 2014 was registered for an offence under Section 294(b) I.P.C. After completing investigation, the police have filed a closure report as mistake of fact after serving due notice to the petitioner. Now, the petitioner wants to take further action on the complaint dated 04.04.2015.

In view of the fact that FIR has been investigated and closed, no further direction can be issued. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed.
