This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass and interfere with matrimonial dispute when the domestic violence proceedings is pending before the protection officer, (domestic violence) district social welfare office, Namakkal in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit on the complaint given by petitioner's wife, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. He would further submit that the second and third respondents police are not harassing the petitioner.
3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the second and third respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
