This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to take cognizance of the complaint dated 29.04.2016 and register the same and take appropriate action against the offenders in relevance to the provisions of the Indian Penal Code and in line with the procedures contemplated under the Criminal Procedure Code.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 29.04.2016, it is seen that the petitioner has alleged that the workers of the petitioner's factory are unlawfully and illegally conducting dharna and are preventing free ingress and egress into the factory.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 29.04.2016 given by the petitioner and give sufficient protection to the petitioner from any aggression or illegal acts of the workers.
