This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 25.05.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. 3. It is represented that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police on 25.05.2015 and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
