Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the order bearing Ref.No.GPF.3/7/Pt.169/236 dated nil passed by the second respondent and consequential orders bearing ref.No.Oo.Mu.No.54520/C4/E1/08 dated 23.07.2008 and ref.No.A.Thi.Mu.No.6905/C4/E1/08 dated 26.11.2008 and A.Thi.Mu.No.21510/C4/E1/10 dated 16.06.2010 issued by the third respondent and to quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and for consequently, to direct the respondents to treat the date of joining as 31.03.2003 for all purposes including settlement of terminal benefits.
