O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.04.2016 and to give protection to the petitioner and her family members from the harassment of the 4th respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner has stated in her complaint, dated 17.04.2016 that the 4th respondent is often harassing her and her family members under the guise of enquiry and hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. Now, almost three years have lapsed and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
