O R D E R

The present Contempt application is filed seeking implementation of the order passed in W.P.No.6893 if 2017 dated 13.07.2017.

2.The respondent, United India Insurance Co. Ltd., filed a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.62 of 2018 and the Hon'ble Division Bench dismissed the writ appeal on 16.02.2018 and confirmed the order passed in W.P.No.6893 of 2017. 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the respondent, United India Insurance Co. Ltd., had already deposited Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) in the credit of W.A.No.62 of 2018. The balance amount of Rs.31,978.55/- (Rupees Thirty one thousand nine hundred seventy eight and fifty five paise only) is now handedover by way of a cheque to the petitioner.In respect of the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited in the credit of W.A.No.62 of 2018, an appropriate application is to be filed by the petitioner for withdrawal.

4.In this view of the matter no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Application. Accordingly, the Contempt Application stands closed. No costs.
