Seeking leave to sue defendants 1 and 2, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.The applicant is the plaintiff. The suit is filed for recovery of money.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff/applicant submits that the payments have been made at Chennai and delivery has also been effected within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. This application has been filed on the ground that the first respondent is situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
