A.Nos.1034 to 1036 of 2023 in C.S.No.909 of 1999 N.SESHASAYEE.J., A.No.1034 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 1278 days in filing the applications to set aside the abatement of the proceedings against the deceased / 5th plaintiff.

2.A.No.1035 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement of the proceedings against the 5th plaintiff in C.S.No.909 of 1999.

3.A.No.1036 of 2023 has been filed to record the death of the 5th plaintiff and bring the legal heirs Mrs.Nafisa Hasim and Mrs.Zahra M.K. as the 6th and 7th plaintiff in the above suit.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, these applications stands allowed.

5.Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is required to carry out necessary amendment to the cause title of the plaint latest by 24.02.2023.
