The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous for the reason that the I.D.O.P.No.76 of 2010 itself was disposed of on 13.10.2015 and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
