By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.Heard Mr.Senthil Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Vasudevan, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank.
3.The petitioner seeks for grant of educational loan to enable her to pursue her Aeronautical Engineering at Tagore Engineering College, Chennai.
4.The petitioner has submitted a representation on08.11.2014, by a registered post and by relying upon the tracking information, it is stated that the said letter has been received by the respondent Bank. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.It is seen that the petitioner or her father has approached the respondent Bank in person, when admittedly, the petitioner is also the residence of Mugappair and the Branch of the respondent Bank is also in Mugappair.
6.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank asserts that the respondent Bank has not received the representation. 7.Be that as it may, since the petitioner seeks for grant of educational loan, there will be a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent along with the copy of this order, and on her personal appearance along with her father, the respondent Bank shall issue an Application Form to the petitioner and the petitioner shall fill up the Application Form enclosing all the requisite particulars and documents and thereafter the respondent Bank shall process the petitioner's loan application in accordance with the guidelines.
