Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent herein to comply the order in Crl.M.P.No.2748 of 2019 dated 31.12.2019 on the XXIII M.M.Saidapet, Chennai. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.10.2019.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a compliant in C.S.R.No.478 of 2019 before the second respondent police alleging that one, Sanjan Raj demanded her a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- and without her knowledge, impersonating her, the said Sanjan Raj had created a forged loan agreement. Even then, the second respondent did not registered a case as against the accused. Therefore the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.2748 of 2019, before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the learned Magistrate by an order dated 31.12.2019, directed the second respondent to register a case and file final report. Even after receipt of the same, the second respondent did not register a case as against the accused person. Therefore it is a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
fit case for direction to direct the second respondent to register a case as against the accused person as directed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.2748 of 2019, by an order dated 31.12.2019. Hence, he prayed to allow this petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit after the direction issued by the learned Magistrate, the complaint is pending for registration.

Heard Mr.K.Thenrajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court directs the second respondent to register a case as against the accused person as directed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.2748 of 2019, by an order dated 31.12.2019 within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of copy of this order. 6.
Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
