This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register FIR against the named said persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 29.04.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.04.2015, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.101 of 2015, before the second respondent and the petitioner is not co-operating in the enquiry.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police and co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
