Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was noted that the petitioner's age has been wrongly mentioned in the petition. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition and file a fresh petition. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
