ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue Genuineness certificate to the petitioner's 10th standard Mark sheet by considering the representation of the 4th respondent through his letter Na.Ka.No.2241/A1/2016 dated - /12/2016, the representation of the 3rd respondent through his letter Na.Ka.No.19306 / A5 / 2010 dated - / 8/2018 and the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2019, within the specific period of time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
