This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 11.06.2015 and investigate the matter against the said person in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 11.06.2015 to the respondent Police by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
