O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondent made a submission that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.24692 of 2016 on 25.07.2016, the petitioner was asked to produce the relevant records for the purpose of considering the application submitted by the writ petitioner for providing electricity service connection. However, the petitioner has not responded so far nor filed any documents enabling the respondent to consider the petitioner's application.

2. In view of the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the requirements for considering the application and for providing electricity connection, this Court do not find any violation or otherwise in respect of the orders passed by this Court. Accordingly, the respondent had not committed any contempt of Court and consequently, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
