ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue direction to the first respondent police for not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one Anil Kumar, a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in CSR No.285 of 2015.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
