Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating order dated 27.04.2016 made in I.A.No.156 of 2002 in I.D.No.550 of 1998 and the consequential order of dismissal in I.D.No.550 of 1998 order dated 27.04.2016 passed by the third respondent and to quash the same, consequently direct the second respondent to re-instate the petitioner in service with all monetary benefits forthwith. C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek the permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the settlement took place in year 2000 in a manner known to law and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
