This application has been filed to condone the delay of 52 days for filing the written statement in C.S.No.199 of 2023. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the judges summons, it had been stated that there was inadvertent delay in filing the written statement, though it had been prepared.

3.It has been further stated that no specific relief had been sought as against this applicant.

4.Taking all those factors into consideration, this application stands allowed.
