Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SREEDHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.

BALAMURUGANE, Public Prosecutor for Pudhucherry on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition in para 6(d) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18526 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18526 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in para 6(d) already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18526 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
