This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action as against the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is a history sheeter and is facing trial in several cases. In order to escape from the clutches of law, the petitioner submitted a representation making false allegations as against the second respondent and requesting action to be taken.

4. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition lacks merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
