This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 03.04.2023 ordered the above C.R.P. with a direction. However, in para 4 of the petitioner, as the petitioner is employed at a private hotel at Chennai, it was wrongly mentioned as he is employed in a private hotel at Bengaluru. Accordingly, the matter is listed today.

3. Heard the contentions of learned counsel for petitioner and perused the order.

4. Considering his submissions, in para 4 of the order, the place of employment i.e. Bengaluru shall be substituted as Chennai.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in C.R.P.No. 738 of 2023 dated 03.04.2023 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.
