Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 31.01.2018 passed by the 1st respondent in Memo No.100/PS (A)1/MTC/2017, and the order dated 09.02.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent in office order No.064/PS(A)1/MTC/2017, quash the same, in so far as cancelling and withdrawing the petitioner promotion to the post of Senior Superintendent given to the petitioner with effect from 09.02.

2016; ordering her to continue as Superintendent, ordering for refixation of the petitioner pay; ordering for recovery from the petitioner pay and cancelling her posting as Assistant Manager, In-charge for centralized pay Bill Section directing the petitioner to act as in-charge in the post of Superintendent for Centralized Pay Bill Section and consequently direct the respondents to continue her as Senior Superintendent with effect from 09.02.2016 and as Assistant Manager In-charge with effect from 22.04.2017, till she was regularly promoted as Assistant Manager (Non-Technical) in the existing vacancies.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also submitted a letter dated 28.01.2019 to the registry to that effect. 2.

Recording the submission and the letter dated 28.01.2019given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
