Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 5th respondent to consider the Petitioner representation dated 02.02.2023 appoint the Petitioner as the Trustee and Archagar of the SREE VAIDHAYANAADHAR SWAMY TEMPLE located at Ukkal Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Thiruvannamalai. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the 5th respondent to consider the Petitioner representation dated 02.02.2023 appoint the Petitioner as the Trustee and Archagar of the SREE VAIDHAYANAADHAR SWAMY TEMPLE located at Ukkal Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Thiruvannamalai.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the view no such directions can be given. If at all the petitioner wants to claim any right, it is for him to file an appropriate application before the Joint Commissioner as per law. On such application being filed, the Joint Commissioner/fourth respondent shall consider such application and pass appropriate order(s) on its own merits and in accordance with law.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
