The petitioner/husband has filed this Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the V Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.2287 of 2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner-husband filed H.M.O.P.No.2210 of 2018 seeking nullification of marriage, which was dismissed on 11.03.2024. Subsequently, the respondent-wife filed H.M.O.P.No.2287 of 2024 on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai seeking restitution of conjugal rights which has been kept pending.

4. Considering the above, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2024 within a period of 8 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
