[Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM, J.] Detenue Selvi.N. Gomathi and her sister Tmt.Gnanam W/o Mr.Prakash are present in Court. M/s.S. Senthil and S.Senthilkumaran, learned counsel appear on behalf of the 3rd respondent.

2. The detenue/Selvi.N.Gomathi informs intent to return to the parental home with her sister. Recording the said statement of detenue/Selvi.N.Gomathi, the petition shall stand closed. Even while doing so, this Court observes that under order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

30.11.2017, it found reason to inform that the antecedents of the organisation by name Jananayaga Samathuva Sangam, Nilakottai, seemed dubious. This Court directs Superintendent of Police, Dindigul to cause preliminary enquiry against the Jananayaga Samaththuva Sangam, Nilakottai and if the same prima facie reveals commission of cognizable offences, register requisite case and proceed further in accordance with law.
