ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 24.11.2017 and investigate the same and to file a final report within the stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that, since the nature of the offence alleged in the present complaint of the petitioner has been already registered in Crime No.11 of 2017, It is open to the petitioner to approach the respondent police to consider him as a witness during the course of investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
