Today, this matter has been listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that in 5th line of paragraph 2 of the order dated 03.04.2024 passed in the aforesaid Arbitration Original Petition, inadvertently the total value of the contract was mentioned as Rs.1,19,88,950/- instead of Rs.11,98,89,500/-.

3. Hence, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue fresh order copy.
