the order bearing No.C1/1005/2023 (PGA No.20/2019) dated 13.12.2023 of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Vellore and pay the same to the petitioner with some time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Mr.K.Surendran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Mr.J.Prashanth Kiran, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the fourth respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to recover a sum of Rs.9,13,038/- with 15% interest from the 4th respondent as per the order bearing No.C1/1005/2023 (PGA No.20/2019) dated 13.12.2023 of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Vellore and pay the same to the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 vide order dated 25.08.2022 determined a sum of Rs.9,13,038/- with 10% simple interest as gratuity amount payable to the petitioner by the fourth respondent and since the said order was not complied with by the fourth respondent, the petitioner approached the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Vellore for recovery of the gratuity amount and the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Vellore, vide order dated 13.12.2023 directed the District Collector, Tiruvannamalai District to recover the said amount from the fourth respondent with 15% compound interest and to pay the same to the petitioner, however, the said order was also not implemented.
Hence, this Court may issue direction to the first respondent to implement the order of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Vellore, dated 13.12.2023. 4.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to implement the order of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Vellore, dated 13.12.2023, if there is no legal impediment, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
