2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that while filing the writ petition, the respondent has been inadvertently arrayed as Joint Registrar-I, Ariyalur Ditrict in the cause title. He further submitted that in the prayer as well as in the order also the impugned reference has been wrongly stated as RFL/139/2021 instead of RFL/39/2021.

3. Therefore, Registry is directed to carryout necessary corrections given below:- "Add in the cause title "The Joint Sub Registrar-I by deleting the word "The Joint Registrar", and wherever it occurs the Reference No. "RFL/139/2021 by deleting the same and add "RFL/39/2021", in the order dated 03.09.2021 and issue fresh order copy forthwith. 11.08.2023 msm Page No.
