The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of her representation dated 29.07.2013, which was sent to the 3rd respondent by the 4th respondent, by letter dated 05.08.2013 in accordance with law within a time frame.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the representation given to the 4th respondent has been forwarded to the 3rd respondent by the 4th respondent by letter dated 05.08.2013, however, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far. 3.Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2013 and pass orders in accordance with law after giving notice to all the interested parties within a period of eight weeks.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2013 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
