Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the proceedings dated 13.02.2020 bearing reference R.No.8418/2019/S11/FSSA and the consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 17.02.2020 bearing reference R.No.153/A1/FSSA/2019 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to continue the petitioner in the 1st respondent Department and it was done in the case of other Food Safety Officers appointed along with the petitioner whose name was in the gazette on 20.04.2012, pay all monetary, service and other service benefits which the petitioner would have been entitled to had the impugned proceedings not been passed by the 1st and 2nd respondents.

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also filed a letter to that effect dated 19.07.2021. The learned counsel submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
3. Recording the submission and the letter dated 19.07.2021, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
