O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 06.06.2023 made in W.P.No.7761 of 2020. 2.The petitioners are the neighbors of respondents 6 and 7 and according to the petitioners, respondents 6 and 7 are digging well nearby the petitioners residence using powerful explosives, thereby, they filed writ petition in W.P.No.7761 of 2020 and this Court vide order dated 06.06.2023 disposed of the writ petition with certain directions, pursuant to which, respondents 6 and 7 were accorded permission for digging well for agricultural purpose with certain conditions. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners have filed this 2/4

contempt petition.

3.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that respondents 6 and 7 are digging well using minimum explosives and the property of the petitioners is situated 120 Km away from the place where the well is being dug.

4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
