This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 3rd respondent to receive the application of the petitioner without insisting the petitioner's degree in M.S.Software Engineering to be notified in the notification and forward the same to the 1st respondent and to consider the application for the post of Assistant programmer.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
