ORDER

This Criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to appoint a competent investigation officer from CCB Chennai to act upon the petitioner's complaint dated 11.01.2021. 1/3

2. This Court, through orders dated 03.10.2024 in Crl. O.P. No. 13009 of 2020 and 12825 of 2020 quashed the cases pending against the petitioner. Therefore, no question of transfer of investigation officer would arise and hence this petition becomes infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as 'infructuous'. No costs.
