The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2024 and not to harass the petitioner without due process of law and remove the petitioner name from the accused list. 2.Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner is habitual offender and involved in several cases.
3.In view of the above submissions, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court.
4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is made clear that for any enquiry, the respondents are directed to issue summons and take the petitioner for enquiry. No costs.
