The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to implement the order passed by the first respondent on 21.07.2010 within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the order of the first respondent dated 21.07.2010 has been implemented and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
