By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.
2. Petitioner herein is a landlord. In the property belonging to the petitioner, the respondents 3 to 5 are stated to be running a school. The petitioner sent a letter to respondent No.2 on 07.2.2015 seeking certain information under the Right to Information Act. Thereafter, the petitioner has come before this Court seeking direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to take appropriate action to discontinue the functioning of the school by respondents 3 to 5.
3. A perusal of the records would show that the petitioner has not sought for such a request. What the petitioner has sought for is the information under the Right to Information Act.
4. Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent Nos. 1 and 2 for appropriate action against respondent No.5. As and when such a complaint is made by the petitioner, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 as the case may be shall take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondent Nos. 3 to 5.
