ORDER
The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.21564/2016, came forward to file the present contempt petition.
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with in the form of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Rejection Order dated 16.02.2018 in V3/6078/2016 by the
District Revenue Officer, Cuddalore. He has also produced a copy of the said communication before this Court. The same is taken on file and record.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the said Rejection Order and if he is so advised, he is always at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law before the Competent Forum.
