ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This review application has been filed to seek review of the order dated 04.02.2022 passed in W.P.No.1558 of 2022.

2. No ground is made out to review the order, in view of the fact that direction for consideration of the application of the writ petitioner/non-applicant for compassionate appointment has been given finding that no objection certificate from the mother-in-law is not required and that is not disputed by the review applicant.

3. The reason for filing the review application is nothing but registration of a criminal case against the writ petitioner/nonapplicant. It is alleged that her son died due to abetment of suicide by the writ petitioner/non-applicant. But there is nothing to show that an FIR has been registered for the offence under Section 306 IPC, though according to the review applicant, a complaint was

given in regard to the offence under Section 306 IPC. Till date, there is nothing on record to indicate that the criminal case for the offence under Section 306 IPC was registered against the wife (writ petitioner). Therefore, we do not find any ground to call for interference in the order sought to be reviewed.

4. Finding no reason to entertain the review application, the same is dismissed. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.10032 of 2022 is closed.
