The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as directed by this Court, the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as costs to the respondent by Money Order. But, the respondent refused to receive the same.

2. Considering the said request, the petitioner is permitted to pay a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the District Legal Services Authority, Salem District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
