The revision petitioner K.Soundrarajan, who was the defendant in O.S.No. 119 of 2016 which is now pending on the file of XV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, had unfortunately died on 07.04.2020 owing to Covid-19 Pandemic, pending these Revision Petitions. He left behind the petitioners herein, namely, his wife, his son and two daughters as his legal representatives.

2. In view of the fact that they are entitled to prosecute these Revision Petitions further, these petitions seeking to bring on record the legal representatives are allowed.
