ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner being the borrower has come forward to file this writ petition seeking direction to the respondent to calculate the amount payable under the one time settlement(OTS) policy. 2.It appears that this is a continuation of the earlier round of litigation between the parties. Now, the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Chennai, has reserved orders on the application filed by the respondent-Bank.
3.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. In the event the said application being ordered against the petitioner, he can very well work out his remedy before the Appellate Forum by raising all the contentions. Accordingly, leaving all the issues open, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. (M.M.S., J.) (R.H., J.) 09.09.2020 raa/kmk
