ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 19.04.2017, passed in I.A.No.91 of 2016 in E.C.No.48 of 2015, passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour at Coimbatore, authority under
Workmen Compensation Act.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that while passing orders, the authority has made certain observations, against the petitioner herein and thus, the petitioner seeks to dispense with those adverse remarks.
3.Admittedly, the matter is pending before the authority and according to the petitioner, the proceedings are going on. In such circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to approach the very same authority to review the observations made in the order dated 19.04.2017. This Court cannot deal with the issue, which is pending before the Quasi Judicial Authority. It is open to the petitioner to file proper application for redressing his grievance before the authority concerned.
4. With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
