O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) Earlier, this Court by an order dated 26.03.2019 in W.P.No.9024 of 2019 directed the 3rd respondent therein to consider the representations 1/3

dated 16.09.2017 and 04.03.2019 and take appropriate action and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks. Since the order was not complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent had passed the order dated 31.03.2021 and he has also produced the copy of the order. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. Recording the above submissions, the order passed by this Court is duly complied with. Hence, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
