ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the respondent in complying the order dated 06.12.2021 passed in W.P.No.1561 of 2020.

2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order of the learned Single Judge has been modified by the Division Bench of this Court on 30.01.2023 in W.A.No.238 of 2022 and W.M.P.No.1708 of 2022. Learned counsel further submits that after the disposal of the writ appeal, the seven workmen of the petitioner Association have been reinstated into service on 06.02.2023 and an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- has also been paid to them towards backwages and the Provident Fund.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the contentions of the learned counsel for the respondent that the seven workmen of the petitioner Association have been reinstated and payment has also been made. 2/4

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the light of the facts and circumstance of the case, in my considered opinion, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.

5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.

6. Consequently, connected Sub Application is closed, if any. 19.04.2023 nl Note: Issue order copy on 20.04.2023.
