This Writ Petition is filed to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent relating to the notifications dated 25.01.2020 issued by the 2nd Respondent in the advertisement specifically in No.TNPESU/TP/Asst.Prof/Bio/2020 for the post of Assistant Professor for the sports Biomechanics and Kinesiology Department and in general the entire notification dated 25.01.2020 in University website issued by the 2nd Respondent bearing advertisement dated 24.01.2020 in Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, Chennai and quash the said notification.

2.When this Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 04.10.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to-day ie on 15.10.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
