Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the remaining service benefits, with interest at the rate of 12% from the date of the petitioners retirement i.e., 30.11.2005 and 31.08.2007 respectively, by considering their representation dated 27.07.2015 in compliance with the order dated 14.10.2014 made in W.A.Nos.2832 to 2837 of 2012 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

dated 27.07.2015 regarding disbursement of remaining service benefits, with interest.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner in W.P.26929 of 2015 retired as P.G.Assistant on 30.11.2005 and the petitioner in W.P.26931 of 2015 retired as Headmaster on 31.08.2007. Though, they retired as early as in the years 2005 and 2007 respectively, their entire retirement benefits have not yet been settled. In this regard, they made representation dated 27.07.2015 to the respondents, however, there was no response. Hence, they have filed these writ petitions.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 fairly submitted that the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioners dated 27.07.2015, if not already considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioners, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 4.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 27.07.2015, if not already considered, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
